The Student Sustainability Coalition is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, student-run organization founded by a small group of students from different disciplines at CSULB. The original founders, Meg Workman, Adeline Morley, Diana Sanchez, and Amber Ceja, active in sustainability at CSULB and within the city, noticed a significant need for an overarching sustainability hub to coordinate initiatives among diverse groups both on and off campus. The mission of this organization is to establish a reliable line of communication and a powerful network for collaboration between organizations that are involved with sustainability efforts both on and off campus.
The SSC invites any individual, organization or business to join. Members receive exclusive event invites, sustainability news and updates, and access to a network of resources to further advance sustainability initiatives. The SSC is founded by students and open to all.
Please specify that your donation is for the Student Sustainability Coalition. All donations are routed through CSULB's Associated Students, Inc. and amounts received for the SSC will be used to fund the annual State of the Environment Conference and workshops throughout the year.
Any amount is tremendously appreciated.
